NEOWAVE is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR, for the collection and processing of personal data carried out on the Site, concerning the following purposes:
- Contact forms to inform you about our activity, to process your message, or to examine and process your partnership request.
- Customer account creation data is processed to identify customer account holders for the purchase of equipment and tracking orders via the Site. Browsing data collected through connection data (logs) generated by the Site's web server are kept for security purposes, for a period strictly necessary for this purpose, and not exceeding six months. This data is intended for NEOWAVE services responsible for ensuring the security of the Site.
- Data relating to products ordered and transactions carried out via the Site, possible returns and subsequent credits are processed for the purposes of managing the order and the commercial relationship. These processing operations are necessary for the execution of the contract or pre-contractual measures taken at the request of its Customers or prospects, or at the very least respond to the legitimate interest of NEOWAVE to present its activity and its products to its customers and prospects.
- Newsletter subscription forms. We collect your first name, last name and email address to send you our monthly newsletter. An unsubscribe link is included in every newsletter we send.
- Emails. An unsubscribe link is included in every marketing email we send. Without this being systematic, we can analyze and track the different rates (for example clicks, opening and bounce rate) and the number of emails sent in order to measure the performance of our email campaigns.
