1. Purpose

The website https://authentication-web.com is published by the company NEOWAVE, registered in the Aix en Provence trade register under number 498 722 057, with its head office at Pôle d'Activités Y. Morandat, 1480 Avenue d’Armenia, 13120 Gardanne.

Les présentes conditions générales de vente régissent les relations entre la société NEOWAVE et toute personne physique ou morale (ci-après dénommée « l’acheteur ») ayant effectué un achat sur le site https://authentication-web.com. Tout achat sur le site https://authentication-web.com (ci-après le « Site ») implique donc l’adhésion sans réserve de l’acheteur aux présentes conditions générales de vente.

2. Characteristics of the goods offered

3. Prices and shipping costs

The applicable sales price is that indicated on the Site. The prices of the products sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are indicated in euros, all taxes included. They will be increased by the shipping costs applicable on the day of the order. NEOWAVE company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.

Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process and prior to your order confirmation.

Delivery rates are €8.40 (incl. VAT) for orders under €40 (incl. VAT). For orders of €40 (incl. VAT) or more, delivery costs are free.

4. Payment terms

The accepted payment methods are:

Bank transfer

Other methods of payment are not accepted.

If you pay by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.

5. Retention of title clause

The delivered Product remains the property of NEOWAVE until full payment of its price, it being specified that, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 138-4 of the French Consumer Code, any risk of loss or damage to the Product is transferred to the Customer at the time the latter or a third party designated by him takes physical possession of this Product.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the place indicated by the buyer on the order form. After validation of the order, the average delivery time is 24h/48h working days. This time is given for information purposes only and is in no way guaranteed.

Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products shall not give rise to the benefit of the buyer to:
• the award of damages;
• the cancellation of the order.

The risk of transport is borne entirely by the buyer. Upon delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to check in the presence of the carrier that the goods delivered are in good condition. In case of goods missing or damaged during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary reservations on the Delivery Note upon receipt of the said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered letter with return receipt to the following address: NEOWAVE, Pôle d'Activités Y. 7. Force majeure

The NEOWAVE company cannot be held liable if the non-performance or delay the execution of one of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unpredictable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.

8. Withdrawal

The buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return any new and unopened product, in its original packaging and in perfect condition (any product that is damaged, incomplete or whose packaging is deteriorated will not be taken back), to claim for a refund without penalty, with the exception of delivery costs.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify NEOWAVE of his decision in writing (letter sent by post or e-mail):

The buyer then has 14 days to return the order at his/her own expense and claim a refund.

9. Warranty

The products are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. Interventions under the warranty do not have the effect of extending the duration of the warranty. Under this warranty, the only obligation incumbent on NEOWAVE is the replacement and/ or repair of the product free of charge, or the full refund of the element recognized as defective by its services, excluding in particular the payment of any damages and interests in compensation for any damage that may arise due to the use of the products. The possible costs of shipping and the risks of the return are borne by the buyer.

Defects or deterioration caused by natural wear or abnormal use (incorrect installation, defective maintenance, storage conditions and conditions of use of environment and thermal not in accordance with the specifications of NEOWAVE or a modification of the product not planned or specified by the company NEOWAVE), are excluded from the warranty. Similarly, the guarantee does not apply to apparent defects, which the purchaser would not have invoked under the conditions of article 6 of these general terms and conditions.

Also excluded from the warranty is the use of the products in life-saving or life-sustaining systems. NEOWAVE cannot be held responsible in such cases.

10. Competent court
