Ultra-secure solution

• Based on the principle of asymmetric cryptography, with the creation of a private key and a public key. The public key is stored on the website and is used to encrypt files. Only the private (secret) key can decrypt these files. The private key is stored on the Winkeo-C FIDO2 key and never leaves it, thus guaranteeing optimal security.
• If your password or public key is stolen, there is no risk, because you need the private key to authenticate yourself.
• Replaces vulnerable solutions based on SMS, OTP (One Time Password) or TOTP (Time Based One Password), which ensures effective protection against phishing attacks.

• The Winkeo-C key also supports the FIDO U2F standard for two-factor authentication. Recommended in the absence of deployment of Passkeys on the site or application that you wish to protect.
